Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 27, 2026
Our Privacy Policy is available at www.bellevueandbeyond.com/privacy-policy.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.bellevueandbeyond.com, your purchase of tours and other services from Bellevue and Beyond Walking Tours LLC ("Bellevue and Beyond," "we," "us," or "our"), and your participation in our tours.
By using our website, booking a tour, joining a tour, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. About Us
Bellevue and Beyond Walking Tours LLC is a Washington limited liability company that provides guided walking tours in Bellevue, Washington and the surrounding area.
3. Eligibility and Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking, agree to these Terms, or sign a liability waiver.
Participants under 18 are welcome on tours that are suitable for them, but a parent or legal guardian must make the booking, sign the waiver on the minor's behalf, and accompany the minor on the tour unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Bookings, Tickets, and Confirmations
A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation from us or from our booking platform. Until then, your requested date and time are not reserved.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, an accurate participant count, and any accessibility or medical information relevant to your safe participation. Please review your confirmation carefully and tell us promptly if anything is wrong.
Tours have minimum and maximum participant numbers. We may combine small private requests into a scheduled public tour only with your agreement.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. The price shown at checkout applies to your booking.
Payment in full is due at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise in writing for a private or group tour. Payments are processed by our booking platform and its payment processors.
Prices do not include gratuities, food and beverages, admission fees to venues we do not operate, parking, or transportation to and from the meeting point, unless the tour description says otherwise.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
6.1 Cancellation or rescheduling by you
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
6.2 Cancellation or changes by us
We may cancel, shorten, delay, reroute, or substitute a guide for any tour when we believe it is necessary for participant or guide safety, or because of severe weather, unsafe air quality, road or sidewalk closures, civil disruption, a public health directive, or a failure to meet the minimum participant number.
If we cancel a tour before it begins, you may choose a full refund or a reschedule to another available date. If we shorten or modify a tour after it has begun for safety reasons, we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion. We are not responsible for other costs you may incur, such as travel, lodging, or time away from work.
6.3 Late arrivals and no-shows
Tours depart on time. If you arrive after your tour has departed, we will try to help you join the group when it is safe and practical to do so, but we cannot guarantee it and no refund is due. Participants who do not attend without cancelling are not eligible for a refund.
6.4 Bookings made through third-party platforms
If you booked through a third-party platform such as Viator, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, or Klook, that platform's cancellation and refund policy governs your booking and you must make cancellation and refund requests through them.
7. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are redeemable for tours subject to availability. They are not redeemable for cash and are not reloadable.
8. Tour Participation and Conduct
8.1 Physical demands and accessibility
Our tours are conducted on foot, outdoors, over public sidewalks, paths, stairs, curbs, and uneven surfaces, and cover meaningful distances over the course of the tour. Each tour description states its approximate distance, duration, and terrain.
You are responsible for judging whether a tour is appropriate for you and for anyone in your party. Please tell us in advance about mobility limitations, medical conditions, allergies, or other needs so that we can tell you honestly whether a tour is suitable and make reasonable accommodations where we can.
8.2 Weather and outdoor conditions
Tours operate in most weather. Please dress for the forecast and wear comfortable walking shoes. We cancel only for conditions we consider unsafe, as described in Section 6.2.
8.3 Conduct
You agree to follow your guide's safety instructions, obey traffic signals and posted rules, stay with the group, respect the businesses and residents along the route, and behave courteously toward your guide and other participants.
We may remove any participant from a tour, without refund, who behaves in a way that we reasonably believe is unsafe, unlawful, harassing, or seriously disruptive, or who appears to be impaired to a degree that puts themselves or others at risk.
8.4 Personal belongings
You are responsible for your own belongings during a tour. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property.
9. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Walking tours involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, and falls; uneven or obstructed walking surfaces; vehicle and bicycle traffic; weather exposure; and the acts of other participants or members of the public.
Every participant, or a parent or legal guardian for a participant under 18, must sign our liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement before joining a tour. The terms of that signed waiver govern in addition to these Terms, and where the waiver and these Terms address the same subject, the signed waiver controls.
10. Photography and Media
We may take photographs or video during a tour for use on our website, in marketing materials, and on social media. If you prefer not to appear, tell your guide at the start of the tour and we will not photograph you. If an image of you has already been published and you would like it removed, contact us and we will remove it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that booking.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence to the extent that such a limitation is not permitted by law, nor for fraud or willful misconduct.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bellevue and Beyond Walking Tours LLC and its members, employees, and guides from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your negligent or willful acts during a tour.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, a booking, or a tour will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be accompanied by additional notice where appropriate. The Terms in effect at the time you make a booking govern that booking. Your continued use of our website or services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any liability waiver you sign, are the entire agreement between you and Bellevue and Beyond Walking Tours LLC regarding your use of our website and your participation in our tours.
